去势抵抗性前列腺癌非AR相关信号转导通路及其靶向药物的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 去势抵抗性前列腺癌(CRPC)的发生与发展机制较为复杂,细胞信号转导通路的异常是其发生发展的重要机制之一。目前除了研究较为明确的雄激素受体(AR)信号通路与CRPC的发生发展有紧密关系外,亦有研究表明一些非AR相关的信号通路包括PI3K-Akt-mTOR、Wnt、Hippo、Hedgehog、Notch、HOXB13以及Jak2-Stat5a/b等与CRPC的发生发展密切相关。本文就上述7种非AR相关的信号转导通路在CRPC发生发展中的作用机制及其靶向药物研究的最新进展作一简要概述,以期为全面深入了解CRPC的发生发展机制及其治疗新策略的提出作一参考。
