摘要
静坐少动的生活方式是引起肥胖、心血管疾病和代谢性疾病的主要原因,通过规律的锻炼可以有效降低心血管疾病的风险,并且可以控制高脂血症和肥胖等各种慢性疾病的发病风险。不同的运动方式消耗的能量不同,所产生的锻炼效果也是不同的。根据不同活动能量消耗的特点提出不同能量消耗状态下适合国民运动的推荐量是很重要的,蹬车、蹬楼梯、跳绳和太极拳运动是人们日常生活中常见的运动方式,该文就上述运动方式的能量消耗情况进行分析,为今后人们进行日常锻炼提供依据以及指导建议。
Sedentary behavior is the main cause to obesity,cardiovascular disease and metabolic diseases.Regular exercise can effectively reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease,and control the risk of hyperlipidemia,obesity and other chronic diseases.There are different characteristics in energy expenditure lead to different effects of exercise.It is important to put forward movement recommendation according to the characteristics of energy consumption in different activities.Cycling,climbing stairs,rope skipping and Taiji are common exercises in our daily life.The purpose of this study is to analyze the energy consumption of above common exercises in people daily life,and provide guidance and advice for people in daily exercise.
