循环经济视角下体育特色小镇建设理论初探

Research on the Construction of Sports Featured Town from the Perspective of Circular Economy

在经济新常态和可持续发展战略下,体育特色小镇是我国城镇化建设和特色小镇相结合的重要实践,本文基于循环经济视角,认为循环经济对促进体育特色小镇的可持续发展、改善经济增长方式有重要的理论意义,进一步提出体育特色小镇建设要以指导体育特色小镇建设的布局规划、推进体育特色小镇建设的制度规划、引领体育特色小镇建设的绿色发展。

In the new normal and sustainable development strategy,sports featured town is an important practice in the combination of urbanization construction and sports featured towns.Based on circular economy,this paper commits that circular economy is of important theory significance in promoting the sustainable development of the sports towns and improving economic growth mode.It further provides that the construction should focus on guiding the layout plan,promoting system plan,and leading its green development.
