重视后备人才培养,促进中国足球可持续发展

Attaching Importance to Reserve Talents,Promoting the Sustainable Development of Chinese Football

相对于足球强国,我国的足球水平较低,其重要原因就是足球后备人才匮乏。本文从训练、文化素质、足球后备人才的培养渠道、足球竞赛制度等方面存在的问题进行了阐述,并针对性的提出了促进我国足球后备人才培养的方法和重视足球后备人才培养建议,为稳步地推进我国足球后备人才培养,为我国足球可持续发展做以借鉴。

Compared with football powerful countries,Chinese football is in a low level.An important reason is short of football reserve talents.In this paper,it states some existing problems including the training,cultural level,the channel of the football reserve talents,football competition system and so on.As the same time,this paper puts forward some ways and advices on how to promote and pay attention to football reserve talent.The aim of this study is to provide references for promoting football reserve talents training and the sustainable development of Chinese football.
