Teaching and research team in colleges and universities is a kind of teaching and research group and organization.The establishment of a special badminton teaching and research team has a positive meaning for the university badminton teaching,scientific research,reform,and improving the teaching quality.It is also an important way to perform collective advantages,sincere cooperation,and form educational synergies.Taking the badminton teaching and research team of Suzhou University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper aims to analyze the changes and practical significance of the establishment of badminton teaching and research team in colleges and universities.
