Innovation Research on Reserved Talent Training Mode of Competitive Gymnastics in Hunan Province under the background of “Healthy China”

本研究通过文献资料法、实地考察法、比较法等方法,调查近4年(分别为2015年、2016年、2017年、2018年)湖南省青少年体操锦标赛参赛情况,从赛事规模、参赛人数、参赛地域、级别梯队、教练队伍建设等方面着手,结合湖南省体操队近五十年发展简史,了解湖南省竞技体操后备人才的主体优势及短板,并提出相应的对策,旨在推动湖南省竞技体操运动可持续发展,再创辉煌佳绩,进一步稳固我省竞技体操在全国的优势地位,输送后备人才,为从事相关研究领域及竞技体操工作者或管理决策部门提供参考。

This study investigates the participation of junior gymnastics championships in Hunan province in the past 4 years by means of literature,field survey,comparison,etc.(2015,2016,2017,2018,respectively)from the scale of the events,the number of participants,the participating regions,echelons,and other aspects,combined with the brief history of the development of the gymnastics team in Hunan Province in the past 50 years,It understands the main advantages and shortcomings of the reserve talents of the competitive gymnastics in Hunan Province,puts forward corresponding countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of the competitive gymnastics movement in Hunan Province,make brilliant achievements again,further strengthen the competitive gymnastics in our province in the country's dominant position,transport reserve talents for the relevant research fields,and provide references for competitive gymnastics workers or management decision-making departments.
