基于高职《体育与健康》项目化教学中的挫折教育探究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,我国对教育的各类研究在不断深化,很多领域取得了重要进展,对挫折教育也在不断的实践与探究中,许多课程已将挫折教育融入到其中,培养他们的韧性、增强学生心理承受力,抗挫折能力。但是,通过对部分高职院校调查后发现,对于挫折教育融入于《体育与健康》教学的实践研究,还尚处在初期阶段,教学方法与手段相对陈旧,无法适应现代社会对高职毕业生就业创业的时代要求。因此,需要不断深化《体育与健康》课程中的挫折教育实践研究,通过体育教学这个载体,找到其与挫折教育更为有效的融合方法,提出在《体育与健康》项目化教学中实施挫折教育的有效策略,达到实现挫折教育的目的。 At present,all kinds of research on education in our country are deepening,and important progress has been made in many fields.Frustration education is also constantly being practiced and explored.Many courses have integrated frustration education into them,so as to cultivate their resilience,enhance students’psychological endurance and resist frustration.However,through the investigation of some higher vocational colleges,it is found that the practical research on the integration of frustration education into the teaching of physical education is still in the initial stage.The teaching methods and means are relatively old and can not meet the requirements of the modern society for the employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational graduates.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously strengthen the deepening research on frustration education practice in the course of physical education.Through the carrier of physical education,we can find a more effective way to integrate it with frustration education,and put forward effective strategies to implement frustration education in the project-based teaching of physical education,so as to achieve the purpose of frustration education.
