摘要
大课间跑操是阳光体育每天锻炼一小时的重要内容。本文以江苏省木渎高级中学为例,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、比较分析法等对校园大课间的组织管理、实施过程、实践成效进行研究分析,阐述大课间不仅可以提高身体素质,还有促进学生心理健康发展、培养学生意志品质、提高班级凝聚力、增强“三自”教育意识和能力等育人价值。
Running at big-break is an important part of“one hour exercise a day”in sunshine sport.This paper takes Mudu High School in Jiangsu Province as an example,using literature,questionnaire survey,comparative analysis methods to study the organization and management,implementation process and effects of big-break.It puts forward that the break not only enhances students’body fitness,but also holds great education value such as promoting their psychological health and strong will,enhancing the teamwork of class,and improving the three self-education awareness and ability.
