论体育教师形象的现状、成因与重塑

Status,Causes and Remodeling of Physical Education Teacher Image

体育教师作为体育教育的主导者,决定着体育教育的成功与失败,而体育教师形象则是教学质量的关键。本研究通过文献资料、历史分析等方法,对体育教师形象的现状、成因进行了分析。研究发现,体育教师的形象面临多重的矛盾状态,而这种状态除了受到可以控制的体育教师自身这个主观因素影响外,还包括历史、文化、社会和经济等非人为因素的影响,并为提升体育教师形象提出必须培养体育教师职业文化、引导媒体公证报道和体育教师需走专业化道路的建议。

As the leader of physical education,physical education teachers determine the success and failure of physical education,while the image of physical education teachers is the key to teaching quality.This study analyzes the status and causes of the image of physical education teachers through methods such as literature and historical analysis.The study finds that the image of physical education teachers faces multiple contradictory states,which are not only influenced by the subjective factors of the physical education teachers themselves,but also including the influence of non-human factors such as history,culture,society and economy.Suggestions are provided that it is necessary to cultivate the professional culture of physical education teachers,to guide the notarization of media and to professionalize physical education teachers.
