人口老龄化背景下城市社区体育公共服务发展研究

Research on the Development of Sports Public Service in Urban Community under the Background of Population Aging

本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法进行归纳与分析,从社会学视角研究人口老龄化背景下城市社区老年群体体育公共服务,研究发现城市社区老年体育公共服务存在政策保障执行缺乏对市场需求的精准定位,多方面企业合作未充分考虑资本逐利的本质,城市社区体育公共服务人员的专业性不强,城市社区职能的弱化等问题,并提出通过制度创新、协调发展、依托区域特色、坚持开放政策、资源共享等城市社区体育公共服务发展的思路。

This paper summarizes and analyses the sports public service of the aged groups in urban communities from the perspective of sociology by using the methods of documentation and logical analysis.The research finds that there is a lack of precise positioning of market demand in the implementation of policies to guarantee the sports public service for the aged in urban communities,and that the essence of capital profit-seeking is not fully taken into account in many aspects of enterprise cooperation.Some problems such as the lack of professionalism of community sports public service personnel and the weakening of the functions of urban community are discussed.Some ideas for the development of urban community sports public service are put forward,such as system innovation,coordinated development,relying on regional characteristics,adherence to open policy,resource sharing and so on.
