基于中医传承辅助系统分析刘祖贻治疗恶性肿瘤用药规律

Medication Laws of LIU Zuyi in Treatment of Malignant Tumor Based on TCM Inheritance Support System

目的应用中医传承辅助系统对国医大师刘祖贻治疗恶性肿瘤用药规律进行分析,总结刘老诊治肿瘤的学术经验。方法收集2015年8月-2017年4月刘老门诊肿瘤患者148例的首诊处方,采用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)构建处方数据库,采用该系统的方剂分析等模块进行数据挖掘,分析刘祖贻治疗肿瘤处方用药规律。结果148首处方中,药物频次前5位依次为薏苡仁、山楂、八月札、鸡内金、砂仁;药性以温性频次最高(729次),其次为平性(542次)、寒性(398次)、凉性(148次);药味以甘味频次最高(1267次),其次为苦味(681次)、辛味(484次)、酸味(178次);药物归经以脾经频次最高(1251次),其次为胃经(1027次)、肺经(739次)。根据药物关联规则演化得到核心组合22个,新处方11个。结论刘老治疗恶性肿瘤以益气健脾扶正为主,兼以化瘀抗癌,体现了扶正祛邪用药规律及“杂病调中”的学术特点。

Objective To analyze the medication laws of TCM master LIU Zuyi in treating malignant tumor by using Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS);To summarize Prof.LIU’s academic experience in treating malignant tumor.Methods Totally 148 first-visit prescriptions of tumor patients in Prof.Liu’s outpatient from August 2015 to April 2017 were collected.The prescription database was constructed by using TCMISS(V2.5),and the prescription analysis modules was used to analyze the medication laws of LIU Zuyi’s prescriptions.Results Among the selected 148 prescriptions,the first five kinds of Chinese materia media with the highest frequency were Coicis Semen,Crataegi Fructus,Akebiae Caulis,Calli Gigerii Endothelium Corneum,and Amoni Fructus;the properties with the highest frequency were warm(729 times),following by neutral(542 times),cold(398 times)and cool(148 times);the flavors with the highest frequency were sweet(1267 times),following by bitter(681 times),spicy(484 times)and sour(178 times);the belong meridians were mainly spleen meridian,which was with the frequency of 1251 times,followed by stomach meridian(1027 times)and lung meridian(739 times).According to the medicine association rules,22 core combinations and 11 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion LIU Zuyi mainly treats malignant tumors by nourishing qi,strengthening spleen and strengthening body resistance,combined with eliminating stasis,which can manifest medication laws of strengthening body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors and academic characteristics of“treating miscellaneous diseases by regulating middle-jiao”.
