基于LabVIEW的煤炭运输船舶计重吃水值自动识别系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解决煤炭港口运输船舶计重系统吃水人工观测法存在的误差大、效率低、纠纷多等问题,设计了一套基于LabVIEW软件平台的煤炭运输船舶计重吃水值自动识别系统,介绍了基于OCR和基于模式匹配的煤炭运输船舶吃水自动识别过程;详细阐述了通过NIVision Assistant交互式平台建立煤炭运输船舶吃水图像的OCR识别模型。该系统能够将输入系统的水尺视频进行逐帧处理,获取每帧图像的水线、字符,并基于水线位置、字符坐标等数据计算出每帧的水尺读数,最后通过统计筛选计算出平均吃水值。现场应用表明,该系统对煤炭运输船舶吃水值的识别速度快且精度高,消除了人为误差,对提高煤炭运输船舶水尺读数的客观性、公正性、科学性具有重要意义。 In order to solve the problems of great error,low efficiency and many disputes in the artificial observation method of coal carrier's weight draft system,this paper introduced an automatic recognition system of vessel draft based on LabVIEW.This paper introduced the specific process of automatic recognition of coal carrier's draft based on OCR and pattern matching,and elaborated on the establishment of OCR recognition model of draft image of coal carrier's draft through NI Vision Assistant interactive platform.This system can process the waterline video frame by frame,calculated the waterline reading of each frame based on the waterline position,character coordinate and other data,and finally calculated the average draft value through statistical screening.The field application showed that the system can identify the draft value of coal carriers quickly and accurately,eliminate the personal error,and was of great significance to improve the objectivity,impartiality and scientificity of the draft reading of coal carriers.
