准确衡量数字经济贡献、实时监测数字经济运行情况,对于推动数字经济健康可持续发展具有重要作用。然而,国内外数字经济规模测算方法和结果差距较大。本文梳理国内外数字经济界定和测算方法,发现数字经济规模测算结果不同主要来自于定义界定不同,广义定义测算在全面性、标准化、实践性上具有一定优势性。

Estimating the contribution of Digital Economy and monitoring the growth of Digital Economy play an important role in promoting Digital Economy into a healthy and sustainable development path.However,the economy scale measurement methods and results from different countries and institutions differ greatly.This paper reviews the DigitalEconomymeasuring literature,and concludes the definition and measuring method from various institutions and think-tanks.It finds that the measuring difference of Digital Economy scale mainly comes from the distinction of definition.Using broad definition to measure scale ismorecomprehensive,standardized and practical.
