摘要
第五代无线通信技术(5G)包含FR1和FR2两个频段,用户通过在FR2频段应用的毫米波技术,可以得到更好的应用体验。本文简述无线通信终端设备电磁辐射检测的安全限值及其测试方案,并根据低频段和毫米波不同的辐射特性,通过理论分析和设计试验的方式,验证测试环境温度变化对低频段SAR和毫米波功率密度测量的不同影响。
The frequency bands for 5Gare categorized into two designations:FR1 and FR2,where the FR2 utilizesmmWave technology to offer a better user experience.The paper presented an overview of the permissibleRFexposure limits of wireless communication terminals and introduced general measurement methods.Also,according to the characteristics of electromagnetic radiation occurring in the different regions of the frequency,the effects of ambient temperature toSARand power density evaluations were comparedby theoretical analysis and experimental measurement.
