摘要
燃料的喷雾特性对其燃烧及排放性能有重要影响.因此在定容弹中利用多孔喷油器试验研究了纯煤油及煤油掺混30%和50%乙醇混合燃料在环境温度为289.15K,环境压力为0.1MPa下,喷射压力分别为6MPa、8MPa和10MPa时的喷雾特性.结果表明:随乙醇比例增加,混合燃料的贯穿距变化不明显,喷雾锥角和喷雾面积均先增加后下降;随喷油压力升高,乙醇/煤油混合燃料的贯穿距和喷雾面积均增加,但喷雾锥角几乎不变.此外,喷射压力的增加对纯煤油喷雾特性的影响逐渐减小,却对乙醇/煤油混合燃料喷雾特性的影响逐渐增大.
The spray characteristics of fuel have an important influence on its combustion and emission performances.In this paper,the spray characteristics of pure kerosene and kerosene blended with 30%and 50%ethanol were experimentally studied by means of a multi-hole injector in a constant-volume chamber under the ambient temperature of 289.15 K,ambient pressure of 0.1MPa,and injection pressures of 6MPa,8MPa and 10 MPa,respectively.Results show that the increasing ethanol ratio had a minor effect on the spray tip penetration of blended fuels.The spray cone angle and spray area both increased first and then decreased.With the increase in injection pressure,the spray tip penetration and spray area of kerosene blended with ethanol both increased,whereas the spray cone angle was almost constant.In addition,the increase in injection pressure had a decreasing effect on the spray characteristics of kerosene;however,its effect on the spray characteristics of kerosene blended with ethanol kept growing gradually.
