摘要
随着胚胎冷冻技术的不断提高,全胚冷冻周期率越来越高,是否控制性促排卵(COS)周期进行“常规全胚冷冻”可改善妊娠结局,且对子代和母亲更安全呢?本文将对胚胎冷冻的利与弊、全胚冷冻的循证证据等方面进行综述,以期给临床医生提供治疗参考。
With the continuous improvement of embryo cryopreservation technology,the whole embryo freezing cycle rate is getting higher and higher.Does“freeze-all”policy improve pregnancy outcomes and is safer for offspring and mothers compared with fresh cycles?This review presents the advantages and disadvantages of embryo freezing and evidence-based evaluation of“freeze-all”policy,in order to provide some reference for treatment.
