摘要
总结近年来国内外纳米羟基磷灰石对于骨相关细胞生物安关于其全性方面的研究概况,包括了纳米羟基磷灰石对骨形成及成骨相关细胞活性的影响2方面。介绍了纳米羟基磷灰石对成骨细胞及基质细胞成骨分化的影响以及在体内骨形成作用及机制,同时总结了纳米羟基磷灰石通过不同浓度、尺寸对细胞活性的影响以及其通过活性氧线粒体途径、溶酶体途径对细胞活性影响的研究进展,并指出该领域尚待解决的问题为纳米羟基磷灰石早日应用于临床骨组织工程领域提供可靠参考.
A review of the biosafety of Nano-hydroxyapatite is briefly summarized,in cluding the effects of Nano-hydroxyapatite on bone formation and osteoblastic cell activity.The influence of Nano-hydroxyapatite on osteoblast and dispersion of stromal cells osteogenesis,function and mechanism of formation of bone in the body are introduced.The effects of Nano-hydroxyapatite on cell vibility through different concentration and size of cell,and the reseach progress about the effects of Nano-hydroxyapatite on cell vibility through the reactive oxygen、mitochondrial and lysosome pathways are also concluded.
