摘要
针对某新型航空相机系统的特点,提出以PC104单板机为平台的基于LabVIEW的电压与电流信号采样方法,介绍了系统的总体结构与组成,描述了系统硬件及软件设计。系统利用嵌入式工控机技术、数据采集技术以及虚拟仪器技术,实现对某型相机电压及电流的自动采集、实时显示、数据保存及回放,能够辅助机务人员快速地完成测试,并给出排故建议。经试验证明,系统运行稳定可靠,且具有直观、友好的用户操作界面,用户还可根据数据进行进一步的对比分析,对系统的健康监控、故障判断有着明显的支撑作用,满足相关规程及设计要求。
According to the characteristics of the new aerial camera,ancurrent and voltage sampling based on LabVIEW is presented,the overall structure and composition of the detection system is introduced,the system software and hardware design is described. Current and voltage sampling,realtime display,data storage and playback of the camera system is realized by the embedded industrial computer technology, the data gathering technology, the simulation of bus data and the virtual instrument technology,the equipment can finish detecting and give the troubleshooting advice quickly. The experiment proved that the system runs stably and reliably,and has an intuitive and friendly user interface,the user can finish health monitoring and fault judgment of system according to the data comparison analysis,andmeets design requirements.
