摘要
锂离子电池充放电过程中正极材料会发生晶格变化、相转移或结构坍塌,这些变化都会影响电池的电性能。研究电循环过程中正极材料的物理及化学变化尤为必要。非原位表征XRD早有应用,是在电极材料暴露在空气中的情况下测试,无法接近其应用的最真实环境,为解决这一弊端,原位测试方法正逐步应用。原位XRD对测试条件、环境、技术要求较为严格,本文主要总结了锂电正极材料原位XRD测试方法的过程、难点及相应问题的研究现状和解决方法。
Cathode materials in lithium ion battery will change the lattice or the structure of the phase during charging and discharging process.These changes will affect the performance of the battery.The research of the physical and chemical change of cathode materials during the charging and discharging process in lithium ion battery is necessary.The characterization of XRD already apply to cathode material,but the test is under the condition of electrode materials exposed to the air.The application of XRD characterization is not accessible to the real environment.In order to solve the problem,in situ XRD testing method have been applied in the research of cathode materials.The test conditions,environment and technology of in situ XRD testing are strict.This article mainly summarizes the difficulties,research progress and the solution to the problem in the in situ XRD testing of the cathode materials in lithium ion battery.
