摘要
用硝酸和过氧化氢密闭高压消解法消解样品后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定六堡茶中10种元素(Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Fe、Co、V)的含量。结果显示各元素的线性范围均为0.05~100μg/L,线性方程的相关系数均大于0.999,样品的加标回收率在99.0%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差均小于5%。选择国家有证标准物质茶叶(GBW10052)用于验证方法的准确度,各目标元素的测定值均在标示值范围内。该法简捷易行,测定结果的准确度及精密度令人满意。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with sealed high pressure digestion (HNO 3+H 2O 2) was applied to determine 10 kinds of elements (Pb、Cd、As、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Fe、Co、V) in Liubao Tea.The linear range of the developed ICP-MS method was from 0.05 to 100μg/L(r>0.999).The average recoveries in a sample were in the range of 99.0% to 103.5%.The precision of the method was evaluated with a relative standard derivation of lower than 5%.The proposed method was applied to determination of reference samples(GBW10052) with satisfactory results.This method was simple and rapid with good precision and accuracy.
