摘要
以炼油厂提供的重油催化裂化装置生产的催化汽油经过一段加氢脱硫得到的硫含量为35μg/g(0.0035%)的汽油为原料,进行萃取脱硫,最终确定:在以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为萃取剂,剂油比2.7∶1,萃取温度35℃,萃取级数为3,萃取30分钟时,硫含量由35μg/g降至9.8μg/g。
The sulfur content of the catalytic gasoline produced by the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit provided by the refinery is 35 μg/g (0.0035%) after a period of hydrodesulfurization as the raw material,and the desulfurization is carried out by extraction.Finally,when N,N-dimethyl formamide (DMF) was used as the extraction agent,the ratio of agent to oil was 2.7∶1,the extraction temperature was 35℃,the extraction order was 3,and the sulfur content decreased from 35 μg/g to 9.8 μg/g for 30 minutes.
