湿法超白超细碳酸钙在PVC压延膜中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 对比分析了干法研磨生产的GY-616、湿法研磨生产的CC-6000A、沉淀法生产的复合轻质纳米钙粒径分布、吸油值、比表面积;CC-6000A粒径分布窄,吸油值低,团聚少。将三种碳酸钙应用于PVC压延膜基础配方中,分析了碳酸钙品种对制备的薄膜的光泽度、拉伸强度、比重、遮盖力和耐热性影响;压延膜光泽度和比重与复合轻质纳米钙一致,拉伸强度提高,遮盖力和耐热性更佳。采用四种配方体系对比分析了CC-6000A和复合轻质纳米钙应用于车贴膜中的光泽度、拉伸强度、比重、遮盖力和耐热性影响;CC-6000A体系制备的车贴膜光泽度和拉伸强度要高于复合轻质纳米钙,比重一致,遮盖力和耐热性更好。 The particle dispersion,oil absorption and specific surface area of GY-616 by dry mill,CC-6000A by water mill and nano-calcium carbonate by precipitation method were compared.The CC6000A had narrow particle dispersion,lower oil absorption and agglomeration.The three kinds of calcium carbonate were applied on PVC calendaring film,and the effect of calcium carbonates on the glossiness,tensile strength,density,hiding power and thermal properties were analyzed.It was found that the glossiness and density of PVC film by two kinds calcium carbonate were similar,and tensile properties,hiding power and thermal properties of PVC film made by CC-6000A were better than those of PVC film made by nano-calcium carbonate by precipitation method.The CC-6000A by water mill and nano-calcium carbonate by precipitation method were used in PVC car film,and the effect of calcium carbonates on the glossiness,tensile strength,density,hiding power and thermal properties were investigated.It was found that the car film made by CC-6000A had better glossiness,tensile strength,hiding power and thermal properties with same density.
