新常态下应用型高校人才培养与双创教育耦合途径研究

Coupling Approaches of Applied Undergraduate Talent Cultivation and Innovative and Entrepreneurship Education Under the New Normal

经济新常态背景下,应用型高校面临着量质双输的窘境。基于国家政策导向、高校转型窘境、育人理念契合度等角度,探讨了应用型高校人才培养与双创教育耦合的必然性。在此基础上,提出了顺应区域经济特质,精准人才培养目标;优化学科课程体系,回归“育人”本质使命;确立多元培养方式,厚植双创能力土壤等耦合路径,以实现构建应用型高校多元化人才培养体系的目的。

Applied colleges and universities had to face with the lose-lose dilemma of both quantity and quality under the new normal in our country.The inevitability of the coupling between applied undergraduate talent cultivation and innovative and entrepreneurship education was analyzed,based on the new opportunities such as the guide of macro policy,the dilemma of university transformation and the coherence of education concept.On the basis of this,the paper put forward the coupling approaches as follows: matching with the local economic development to determine the talent cultivation objective precisely;optimizing better course system to regress the fundamental mission of education;diversifying the training mode to enlighten the innovative and entrepreneurship capability.And then the goal of constructing the diversified talent cultivation system would achieved.
