摘要
四氧化锇是一种能将烯烃转化为顺式邻二醇的有效氧化剂,烯烃与OsO4的氧化反应是工业生产上制备顺式邻二醇的高产率方法。本文综述了国内外常见的一些《有机化学》教材中列举的该反应进行的各种条件。
Osmium tetroxide,OsO 4,is an effective oxidizing agents for the conversion of an alkene to a 1,2-diol.The reaction of an alkene with Osmium tetroxide can be used to prepare cis-o-diols in the industrial production with fairly high yields.This paper summarized the various reaction conditions to carry out this reaction listed in some textbooks of Organic Chemistry at home and abroad.
