摘要
药学专业应用型人才培养模式的构建是一项复杂而艰巨的任务,需要对教学现状进行改革。本文主要从师资队伍建设改革和教学方面的改革两个大的方面进行论述,以期建立高素质药学专业应用型人才培养模式。
It is a complex and arduous task to construct the training mode of Applied Talents in pharmaceutical specialty.The current situation of teaching needs to be reformed.This paper mainly discusses the reform of teaching staff construction and teaching,with a view to establishing a better talent training model.
