Research on the Teaching Mode of Physical Chemistry in Applied Chemistry College

在应用型高校的食品类专业中,物理化学课程是一座重要的桥梁--连接基础化学和专业课。针对传统单一枯燥的授课方式,我们从课前预习和问题设置、课堂讨论、课后总结和考核形式等方面,探讨了以研讨为主,微课、慕课等多种形式结合的新型教学模式。

Among the food specialty in applied universities,physical chemistry is an important bridge between basic chemistry and professional courses.Compared with the traditional boring classroom,we investigated various teaching strategies which including discussion,massive open online courses (MOOC),micro-lesson and so on,from pre-learning and problem setting,class discussing,after-school summarizing and assessing section.
