APPLICATION OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING COMBINED WITH EVIDENCE-BASED MEDICINE TEACHING MODEL IN THE CLINICAL TEACHING OF DERMATOLOGY AND VENEREOLOGY

摘要 目的 探讨在皮肤性病学临床教学中应用基于问题的学习(PBL)结合循证医学(EBM)教学模式的效果。方法 选取102名在我院皮肤科见习的临床医学专业学生为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(采用PBL结合EBM教学模式)和对照组(采用传统教学模式),每组51人。通过问卷调查、理论考核及临床技能考核综合评价两组教学效果。结果 观察组学生对教学后自身各项能力提高的认同率较对照组高,差异有显著性(χ^2=8.345~19.128,P<0.05);观察组学生理论考核和临床技能考核的成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.694、5.326,P<0.05)。结论 在皮肤性病学临床教学中应用PBL结合EMB教学模式可以有效提高教学质量。 Objective To investigate the effect of the teaching model of problem-based learning (PBL) combined with evidence-based medicine (EBM) in the clinical teaching of dermatology and venereology. Methods A total of 102 medical students who received clinical practice in our hospital were enrolled as subjects and were divided into observation group (PBL combined with EBM) and control group (traditional teaching model), with 51 students in each group. Questionnaire survey, theoretical examination, and assessment of clinical skills were performed to evaluate teaching effect. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a significantly higher proportion of students who thought their capacities were improved after teaching (χ^2=8.345-19.128, P <0.05). The observation group had significantly better results of theoretical examination and clinical skill assessment than the control group ( t =8.694 and 5.326, P <0.05). Conclusion In the teaching of dermatology and venereology, the teaching model of PBL combined with EBM can effectively improve teaching quality.
