碘化银地面发生器远程遥控系统设计 被引量:4

摘要 文章设计了一套能够远程控制布置于高山迎风坡的碘化银地面发生器系统,该系统通过点燃碘化银烟条,使燃烧后的碘化银颗粒随着气流上升至云层中作为催化剂以增加云层雨滴数量,实现人工增雨。碘化银地面发生器系统由远程监控中心和多套碘化银地面发生器系统组成,监控中心和碘化银地面发生器系统间采用北斗卫星与GPRS通信方式;文章对系统的核心模块如点火控制模块、烟炉状态采集模块、CAN通信模块和远程通信模块的硬件设计与系统软件设计总体流程进行了描述。最后的测试验证结果表明,该系统能够实现远程遥控点火、监控以及数据采集的功能,点火成功率大于95%,远程监控中心发出指令到烟条点燃能在10s内完成,信息反馈能在30s内完成,符合系统的要求。 This paper designs a set of remote control system which can control AgI ground generators systems arranged on the windward slope of the mountain.The system ignites the AgI bar to make the burning AgI particles rise following the air flow into the clouds,increasing the number of raindrops in the clouds as the catalyst and achieving artificial precipitation.The system consists of remote monitoring center and several sets of AgI ground generators systems,which communicate by BeiDou satellite and GPRS.This paper describes the hardware design of the core modules of the system,such as ignition control module,furnace status acquisition module,CAN communication module and remote communication module,and the whole process of system software.Finally,the test results show that the system can achieve remote control ignition and monitoring and data acquisition,The success rate of ignition is more than 95%,the time between sending a command from the remote monitoring center and igniting the AgI bar can be less than 10 s,the information feedback can be completed within 30 s,which can meet the requirements of the system.
