摘要 分析润滑油液滴蒸发过程对于研究其蒸发燃烧机理具有重要的指导意义和实用价值。文章基于传统挂滴法原理,设计了单液滴蒸发实验装置,介绍了其基本原理和操作步骤;针对高速相机拍摄的液滴蒸发图像,利用Matlab编写了图像处理程序,分析了不同挂滴方法对实验结果分析的影响。初步实验结果表明,新型交叉纤维技术有助于液滴稳定度与圆形度的保持,Matlab膨胀腐蚀算法对图像分析处理的精确度更高。 Lubricating oil droplet evaporation has important theoretical and practical value for studying its evaporation and combustion mechanism.In this paper,a single droplet evaporation device was designed based on the traditional hanging drop theory,and then the basic principle and operation steps of the experimental system were introduced.The high speed photography was used to capture the droplet evaporation sequence image,and these photos were analyzed by a self-developed Matlab program.The experiments were conducted to study the effect of hanging drop techniques on the evaporation process of lubricating oil droplet.The preliminary results show that the new cross fiber technology is more helpful to maintain the stability and the circularity of droplet.The Matlab expansion corrosion algorithm has higher accuracy in image processing.
