Affecting Factors of Financial Inclusion and Weaknesses Analysis of Each Region

在金融包容覆盖广度、金融包容使用深度的基础之上,将风险容忍度和数字金融指标纳入金融包容的指标体系,同时较为创新地将金融包容影响因素细分为需求因素、供给因素和社会因素。采用变异系数和欧式距离法,构建互联网金融背景下我国31个省份在2011-2015年的金融包容指数以及各省份需求指数、供给指数和社会指数。通过剖析各维度指数的内在差异,解读各地区在金融包容的需求、供给和社会三个层面上的区域差异性及内部不平衡性。通过实证分析"三度统一"的金融包容体系的影响因素及其贡献率,寻找影响各区域协调发展的短板,进而从扩大有效需求、增加有效供给,以及促成金融需求和供给有效匹配等角度为金融包容体系的完善提供思路与建议。

Based on the breadth of financial inclusion and the depth of financial inclusion, this paper integrates risk tolerance and digital financial indicators into the financial inclusion index system. At the same time, this paper innovatively divides the influencing factors of financial inclusion into demand factors, supply factors and social factors, and constructs the financial inclusion index, demand index,supply index and social index of China’s provinces in 2011-2015 by using coefficient of variation method and European distance method. By analyzing the internal differences of each index, the regional differences and internal imbalances of demand, supply and society of financial inclusion in different regions are interpreted. Through empirical analysis of the affecting factors and contribution rate of the"three-dimensional unification"financial inclusion system at the regional level, this paper seeks for the shortcomings that affect the coordinated development of various regions, and provides ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the financial inclusion system from the angles of expanding effective demand, increasing effective supply, and facilitating the effective matching of financial demand and supply.
