动脉粥样硬化相关miRNAs研究新进展 被引量:6

摘要 动脉粥样硬化是脑梗死的主要原因之一。目前对于动脉粥样硬化的研究主要集中于基因水平,其中微小核糖核酸(microRNA,miRNAs)是当今的研究热点。本文就miRNAs与调控颈动脉内膜中层厚度、血流动力学、氧化应激、胆固醇代谢、血管平滑肌细胞、血管新生等的关系及其在动脉粥样硬化发病机制中的最新研究进展进行综述。 Atherosclerosis is one of the main causes of cerebral infarction. Currently,researches on atherosclerosis mainly focus on the gene level,amongwhich microRNA(miRNAs)is a hotspot. This paper reviews the relationship between miRNAs and the regulation of carotid intima-media thickness,hemodynamics,oxidative stress,cholesterol metabolism,vascular smooth muscle cells,and angiogenesis,as well as the latest research progress in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
