一例母犬尿道造口术的探讨

Study on Urethral Ostomy in a Female Dog

母犬尿道造口术是分离尿道将尿道口周围组织与会阴部皮肤进行缝合或切开尿道将尿道与会阴部皮肤直接缝合。虽然母犬尿道造口术在临床上比较少见,但在治疗母犬的尿生殖前庭肿瘤、阴道肿瘤、阴道脱、阴道增生、尿道结石等疾病时,如果手术波及尿道时我们常考虑实施尿道造口。2018年6月28日,我们在淮安生物工程高等职业学校动物医院接诊一只京巴母犬,该京巴母犬在淮安市涟水县某宠物医院做过疑似阴道肿瘤切除术,术后腹围增大,有排尿动作但不见尿液排出,在会阴部找不到尿道口,我们怀疑宠物医师在做京巴母犬阴道肿瘤切除时损伤尿道且没有实施尿道造口术而导致大量尿液蓄积在膀胱内。经宠主同意,我们对病犬进行DR检查、血液常规检查、血液生化检查及血气分析,根据检查结果我们对京巴母犬实施尿道造口术同时进行子宫卵巢摘除术,经过7d的住院治疗病犬康复出院。

Although female dog urethral ostomy is relatively rare in clinical practice, urethral ostomy is often considered in the treatment of female dog diseases such as urogenital vestibular tumor, vaginal tumor, vaginal detachment, vaginal hyperplasia and urethral calculus if the operation involves urethra. On June 28, 2018, our higher vocational school in Huai’an Bio-Engineering animal hospital accepts a step mother dog, the step bitches a pet hospital in Huai’an Lianshui county had suspected vaginal tumor resection, postoperative 6 increase, micturition action but not see the urine, the perineal urethra, we suspect that the pet doctors in Beijing and the female vaginal tumor resection urethra injury and did not implement the urethral ostomy surgery and result in the accumulation of a large amount of urine in the bladder. With the pet owner's consent, we performed DR examination, blood routine examination, blood biochemical examination and blood gas analysis on the sick dog. According to the examination results, we performed urethral ostomy and performed uterine and ovary excision on the pekingese female dog at the same time. After 7d hospitalization, the sick dog recovered and was discharged.
