摘要
介绍了镁法脱硫工艺的原理、技术特点以及对2×350MW机组原钙法脱硫工艺进行改造增效的实例,在保留原脱硫塔及其喷淋系统条件下实现了更低的电耗、更短的工期,达到了SO2和粉尘的超低排放目标,与钙法技术路线相比具有一定的技术及经济优势和特点。
It describes the technical characteristics and the performances of MgO-FGD process applied to retrofit existing LSFO-FGD of 2×350 MW utility boilers for achieving ultra-low SO 2 and particulate emissions. Superior technical performances and reduced power consumption of the MgO-FGD are demonstrated comparing to original LSFO-FGD while original absorber and reagent recirculation systems are retained.
