烟气循环流化床脱硫除尘技术在超低排放中的应用

摘要 豫源电厂采用CFB-FGD技术实现了SO2与烟尘的超低排放。4个重要性能参数的测量值如下:出口烟气中烟尘浓度为4.8mg/m^3、SO2浓度为7.8mg/m^3,脱硫效率为99.6%,系统阻力为2479Pa。通过CFB-FGD技术的工程应用发现,对比传统脱硫除尘技术,CFB-FGD技术具有以下显著特点:处理后的烟气品质高,设备少、投资低、占地小、工期短,运行费用持平。 The CFB-FGD technology is adopted in Yuyuan Power Station to fulfill ultra-low emission of SO2 & dust. The measurement values of four crucial performance parameters are as follows: at the exit dust concentration is 4.8 mg/m^3,SO2 concentration is 7.8 mg/m^3,desulfurization efficiency is 99.6%,pressure loss is 2 479 Pa. By applying CFB-FGD technology to engineering, we find that compared with conventional technology, CFB-FGD features following advantages: higher quality processed gas, fewer equipments, lower investment, smaller area, shorter construction period, and equivalent operation costs.
