摘要
“网络学习空间人人通”建设服务国家教育信息化整体战略大局,是“三通两平台”工程的核心,是构建网络化、数字化、终身化的教育体系与推动教育教学模式创新的有效途径。研究聚焦职业院校网络学习空间建设与应用现状,采用调查研究、案例分析等方法,梳理了职业院校中网络学习空间建设与应用的现状,同时,挖掘提炼出制约网络学习空间应用的关键问题,主要表现在使用者意识淡薄与能力欠缺、网络学习空间建设与运维不当、软硬件环境配置不足、体制机制需要变革四个方面。基于此,从转变网络学习空间使用者意识、改善网络学习空间应用软硬件环境、提升各角色的网络学习空间应用能力、完善网络学习空间应用保障机制四个维度提出了相应的网络学习空间应用推进策略,旨在为职业院校网络学习空间普及建设、常态化高层次应用提供经验,为管理者制定网络学习空间相关政策、推进网络学习空间应用提供决策参考。
The construction of"cyber learning space for everyone"serves the overall strategic situation of national education informatization,is the core of the"three links and two platforms"project,and is an effective way to construct the network,digital and lifelong education system and promote the innovation of education and teaching mode.Focusing on the current situation of construction and application of cyber learning space in vocational colleges,the study uses investigation,case analysis and other methods to sort out the current situation of construction and application of cyber learning space in vocational colleges.At the same time,key problems restricting space application are explored and extracted,which are mainly manifested in four aspects:users'weak awareness and poor ability,improper space construction,operation and maintenance,insufficient configuration of hardware and software environment,and the need to change the system and mechanism.Based on that,corresponding strategies for space application are put forward from four dimensions of transforming users'consciousness,improving the software and hardware environment,enhancing users'abilities,and improving the guarantee mechanism of space application.This paper aims to provide experience for the popularization and construction of cyber learning space in vocational colleges and provide reference for managers to make relevant policies and promote space application.
