左心耳封堵术对非瓣膜性心房颤动患者心脏利尿钠肽分泌功能的影响

Effect of Left Atrial Appendage Closure on Cardiac Natriuretic Peptide Secretion in Patients with Nonvalvular Atrial Fibrillation

目前非瓣膜性心房颤动患者人数逐渐增加,非瓣膜性心房颤动的治疗极其重要。左心耳封堵术作为治疗心房颤动的一种新技术,能有效地预防卒中,同时,左心耳封堵术后对心脏利尿钠肽分泌功能有一定影响,但临床研究较少。现对此做一系统综述,探讨左心耳封堵术对心脏利尿钠肽分泌功能的影响。

At present, the number of patients with nonvalvular atrial fibrillation is gradually increasing, and the treatment of nonvalvular atrial fibrillation is also extremely important. Left atrial appendage closure is a new technique for atrial fibrillation and can effectively prevent stroke,meanwhile,influence the secretion function of natriuretic peptide, but there are few clinical studies. This article makes a systematic review to investigate the effect of left atrial appendage closure on cardiac natriuretic peptide secretion.
