摘要 采用模块化机械单元结构进行可重组模块的工业控制训练平台的开发,平台的各模块间可灵活组合,通过控制系统PLC程序设计实现各机械单元的单独功能或多单元组态功能.该设备功能多样,一台设备同时具备多台传统相关实训装置的功能,可实现自动化生产线装置控制功能、三轴运动控制装置功能、立体仓库控制功能等,可用于各高职院校机电类专业实践教学. In this paper, modular mechanical unit structure is used to develop the industrial control training platform of reconfigurable module. Each module of the platform can be flexibly combined. The single function or multi-unit configuration function of each mechanical unit can be implemented through the design of control system PLC program. The equipment has various functions, which means that the functions of several traditional training devices can be excecuted by one equipment at the same time. The platform can serve multiple functions of control of automatic production line, control of 3-axis motion, control of 3-dimensional warehouse, etc. It can be used in the development of relevant practical teaching of mechanical and electrical specialties in higher vocational colleges.
