区域信息经济发展水平测度和政策建议——以四川省为例

Measurement and Policy Suggestions on the Development Level of Regional Information Economy:Case Study of Sichuan Province

[目的/意义]旨在推动四川省信息化与工业化结合并进,借“互联网+”的东风,实现跨越式发展。[方法/过程]以四川省为例,通过建立信息经济发展水平测度指标体系,为各市州趋利避害、把握信息经济发展进行圈层结构分析。[结果/结论]依据四川各区域信息圈层结构特点,对四川省信息经济发展提出夯实基础设施建设、强化宽带政策引导、加强政府引领指导等具体建议。

[Purpose/significance]The paper is to promote the combination of informationization and industrialization and keep both of them moving forward in Sichuan province,so as to achieve leap-forward development by seizing the opportunities of the“Internet+”.[Method/process]The paper takes Sichuan province as the example,and constructs the index system for the measurement of information economy development level to establish a circle structure analysis for each city and state to avoid disadvantages and grasp the development of information economy.[Result/conclusion]Based on the characteristics of the information circle structure in various regions of Sichuan,it puts forward specific suggestions for the development of information economy development in Sichuan province from aspects of strengthening infrastructure construction,the broadband policy guidance,and the guiding and leading of government.
