Performance Evaluation of Supermarket Fresh Food Suppliers Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

通过分析超市生鲜食品供应商绩效评判指标的产品质量、产品价格、交货情况和市场影响度等因素建立了绩效评判指标体系,引进了一种基于扰动偏差矩阵的正互反判断矩阵一致性修正的新方法开展模糊层次分析,利用模糊综合评判法进行评判且在实例应用中验证有效。

Through the analysis of the supermarket fresh food supplier performance evaluation factors of product quality,product prices,delivery conditions and market impact,a performance evaluation index system is established,which introduced a new method of consistency correction of the reciprocal judgment matrix based on the perturbation deviation matrix,to carry out the fuzzy analysis hierarchy process.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and it is proved to be effective in practical application.This study provides reference and basis for supermarkets to decide the best fresh food supplier,which is significant to some extent.
