摘要
关于班主任胜任能力的研究有很多,但绝大多数研究都是从定性的角度开展工作,文章在已有工作的基础上,采用定量分析法,建立了高校班主任胜任力数学模型。首先,分析了影响班主任胜任力的因素,结合实际情况,得到了影响高校班主任胜任力的一级指标、二级指标和三级指标,并对这些指标的权重进行了衡量。其次,通过等级评分,得到了相应的评分矩阵。最后,借助模糊数学的相关原理,综合考虑一级指标权重、二级指标权重和三级指标权重,对三级评分矩阵进行分析,得到二级评分矩阵和一级评分矩阵。通过实例分析,对某班主任胜任力进行了分析,最后的得分是84.81分。评估结果符合该班主任的实际情况。
There are many researches on the competence of head teachers,but most of them are carried out from a qualitative perspective.Based on the existing work,this paper uses quantitative analysis to establish a mathematical model of the competence of head teachers in colleges and universities.First of all,it analyzes the factors that affect the competence of head teachers,and combining with the actual situation,it obtains the first-level,second-level and third-level indexes that affect the competence of head teachers in colleges and universities.The weight of these indexes is also measured.Secondly,through grade scoring,the corresponding scoring matrix is obtained.Finally,with the help of the relevant principles of fuzzy mathematics,considering the respective index weight of the first,second and third level,the third-level scoring matrix is analyzed to obtain the second-level scoring matrix and the first-level scoring matrix.Through a case study,the competence of a head teacher is analyzed and the final score is 84.81.The evaluation results is in line with the actual situation of the head teacher.
