摘要
鉴于传统光电自准直仪设备体积大,价格昂贵,课题提出并设计一简易、小型轻便适用于科研教学的光电自准系统平台。以CCD为主要传感器将光信号转变为电信号,利用STC12C5A60S2单片机采集光强信息并分析计算后控制步进电机移动,从而实现自动寻找光心是否对准的系统功能。
Traditional photoelectric autocollimator equipment is large and expensive.In the paper,a simple,small and portable photoelectric autocollimator system platform suitable for scientific research and teaching is proposed and designed.With CCD as the main sensor,the optical signal is transformed into an electrical signal.STC12C5A60S2 Micro Controller is used to collect the optical intensity information and control the stepper motor movement after analysis and calculation,so as to realize the system function of automatically finding out whether the optical center is aligned.
