摘要
搭建了一个光栅光谱仪系统,并在系统中集成了一套自适应光学系统,用于验证狭缝滤波对单阶Zernike像差的校正影响。实验结果表明,相对于传统的自适应光学校正方法,考虑狭缝滤波的影响可以降低自适应光学系统的校正要求,且闭环校正的迭代次数并没有明显增加,为自适应光学校正方法提供参考。
The grating spectrometer is constructed,and an Adaptive Optics(AO)system is integrated to verify the correction effect of slit filtering on single-order Zernike aberration.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional AO correction method,the new method considering the influence of slit filter can reduce the correction requirements of AO system,and the number of iterations of closed-loop correction has not increased apparently,which provides a reference for the AO correction method.
