摘要
目的:探讨超声在心肌致密化不全患者诊断中的应用及其临床价值。方法:将收治的45例心肌致密化不全患者作为研究组,同期进行健康体检的45例健康人作为对照组,采用心脏彩色B超对患者心脏结构进行检查,并分析心肌致密化不全患者与健康人的心脏指标差异。结果:研究组患者左房内径为(40.2±2.1)mm,左室内径为(68.3±3.2)mm,对照组健康人左房内径为(28.4±3.2)mm,左室内径为(18.3±3.2)mm。研究组与对照组相比,左房内径以及左室内径明显增厚(P<0.05);研究组患者心肌厚度为(4.3±0.3)mm,对照组健康人心肌厚度为(9.3±2.3)mm,研究组心肌厚度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者左心室舒张末期内径为(42.3±5.3)mm,对照组健康人左心室舒张末期内径为(30.4±3.4)mm,研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者左室射血分数为(45.3±3.5)%,对照组健康人左室射血分数为(64.3±3.2)%,研究组左室射血分数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在针对心肌致密化不全患者的诊断中,采用心脏彩色B超进行检查,具有比较高的诊断价值,可以帮助医生在临床上对心脏疾病进行诊断,临床上应当进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application of ultrasound in the diagnosis of noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium and discuss its clinical value.Methods A total of 45 patients with noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium were selected as study group,and 45 healthy people who underwent a physical examination were selected as control group.The cardiac structure was examined with cardiac color B-mode ultrasonography,and the differences in cardiac indexes between patients with noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium and healthy controls were analyzed.Results The left atrial diameter and left ventricular interior diameter were(40.2±2.1)and(68.3±3.2)mm in study group,which were significantly larger than(28.4±3.2)and(18.3±3.2)mm in control group(P<0.05).The myocardial thickness and left ventricular ejection fraction in study group were obviously lower than those in control group[(4.3±0.3)mm vs(9.3±2.3)mm,P<0.05;(45.3±3.5)%vs(64.3±3.2)%,P<0.05].The left ventricular end-diastolic dimension of study group was(42.3±5.3)mm,significantly longer than(30.4±3.4)mm in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using cardiac color B-mode ultrasonography for the diagnosis of noncompaction of the ventricular myocardium which is of high diagnostic value and is conducive to diagnosing cardiac diseases in clinical practice should be further popularized in clinic.
