一株枯草芽孢杆菌GX7在鸡粪中的定殖及发酵作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】研究枯草芽孢杆菌GX7在鸡粪中的定殖情况,及其在鸡粪发酵过程中的作用。【方法】对枯草芽孢杆菌GX7进行抗生素标记,并在鸡粪发酵中添加菌剂,通过鸡粪的堆肥发酵试验,测定未加菌剂、加入GX7菌剂与加入复合菌剂的物料发酵中含水量、全氮、全磷、全钾以及有机碳等参数。【结果】GX7在鸡粪中有很好的定殖能力,回接至鸡粪中10 d后,存活菌数仍有1.3×10^2 CFU/g。鸡粪堆肥发酵试验中,加入复合菌剂的处理发酵时间缩短了3~5 d;含水量分别下降到29.0%、23.2%和22.1%;全磷含量提高到0.98%、1.02%和1.12%;全钾含量提高到2.53%、2.55%和2.65%;有机碳含量均下降了约10%。【结论】GX7作为单一菌株的菌剂,在堆肥发酵的高温阶段有一定作用,但发挥作用较局限。 [Purpose] The purpose of this study was researching in the colonization ability of Bacillus subtilis GX7 in chicken feces, and what was the effect of GX7 in the the process of chicken manure fermentation.[Method] B. subtilis GX7 was labeled with antibiotics. Some parameters were determined, which were the parameters of no agent, adding GX7 agent and adding compound agent, including water content, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and total organic carbon.[Result] GX7 had good colonization ability in chicken feces. In the compost fermentation experiment of chicken feces,10 days later, after GX7 return into the chicken feces, the number of viable bacteria could be achieved 1.3×10^2 CFU/g. The fermentation time of adding compound bacteria agent was shortened by 3-5 days. The water content decreased to 29.0%, 23.2% and 22.1%, respectively. The total phosphorus content increased to 0.98%, 1.02% and 1.12%. Total potassium content increased to 2.53%, 2.55% and 2.65%. The organic carbon content decreased by about 10%.[Conclusion] As a bacterial agent of a single strain, GX7 plays a certain role in the high temperature stage of compost fermentation, but its effect was limited.
