摘要
为研究机场对突发事件的应急能力,提出一种动态的情景推演方法,通过突发事件的4个要素维度来表示突发事件的情景模型,将离散事件和二叉树原理结合形成突发事件的情景演进路径,情景推演方法结合离散事件仿真模型,使用AnyLogic对人员疏散和应急救援过程进行仿真,通过仿真模型对机场的应急处理能力进行评估研究。对突发事件可能衍生的多情况下的机场应急能力做出了评估,为突发事件的应急处理能力提供了新的研究思路。
In order to study the emergency responseability of the airport to emergencies,a dynamic scenario deduction method is proposed,which represents the situational model of emergencies through the four element dimensions of emergencies.The scenario evolution path of the emergency is formed by combining the discrete event and the binary tree principle.The scenario inference method is combined with the discrete event simulation model,and the AnyLogic is used to simulate the evacuation and emergency rescue process.The emergency handling capability of the airport is evaluated by the simulation model.In this paper,the airport emergency response capacity which may be derived from emergencies is evaluated,which provides a new research idea for the emergency response ability of emergencies.
