摘要
在大气数据校准风洞试验中,由于模型缩比的限制,部分机表凸出物不能很好地模拟或模拟不准确,往往进行简化甚至忽略。基于某型飞机气动外形,分别对有、无某机表凸出物的情况进行了CFD计算,发现两种情况得到的大气数据校准曲线有明显差异,从而使得基于校准曲线得到的大气参数存在较大误差,由此提出在大气数据校准风洞试验模型加工时,机表凸出物能否简化或忽略,应事先进行气动分析确定,否则可能导致实际飞行时大气数据系统输出的大气参数存在较大误差。
In the wind tunnel experiment for the air data calibration,projections outside the aircraft are usually simplified or even ignored for the simply of wind tunnel model processing.To determine if this treatment is proper,CFD calculation of an aircraft with and without projections are implemented respectively,and obvious differences between the resulted calibration curves are observed,which finally lead to evident air data error.Thus,it is suggested to implement CFD calculation to determine if projections could be simplified or ignored before the exhaustive wind tunnel experiment for the air data calibration,or evident air data error may be resulted in the real flight.
