摘要
民航运输业务的增长和飞行流量的区域集中性加大了机场产生冲突的几率。制定一个能充分利用资源、满足乘客出行需求的航班时刻表,可减轻机场高峰时段运输压力,提高安全水平。通过宏观分析现有航班时刻资源配置缺陷,提出整合时隙资源的有效对策。研究国内与国际航班的不同特性,确定了以国内航班最大化效益、国际航班最大中转效率为目标,以空域结构、机场容量和航班的连续性限制作为约束的航班时刻优化整数规划模型,用遗传算法寻求较优解。通过对南京禄口国际机场的实例分析,将国内航班收益提高了原始航班收益的36.3%,同时增强机场国际航班的中转联程效率,验证了模型和算法在提高机场航班时刻利用率和基础设施设备使用效率等方面的实用性。
The continued growth of the civil aviation transportation and the regional concentration of flight traffic have increased the probability of flow conflicts at the airport,also cause flight delays.Formulating a flight time table,which can fully utilize the limited civil aviation resources and meet passengers′ travel demand,can alleviate the transportation pressure during peak hours of the airport,improve safety,reduce air waiting for fuel saving,and also have better economic and social benefits.From the macroscopic point of view,it analyzes the shortcomings of existing allocation of flight time table resource and proposes an effective countermeasures for integrating time slot resources.Based on the theory,the flight time optimization method of single airport is further proposed.The flight maximization benefit is taken as the objective function,the flight capacity and continuity are restricted as constraints,and the integer programming model for inbound flight time optimization is established,where the genetic algorithm is used to find a better solution.An example analysis of Nanjing Lukou International Airport will improve the domestic flight revenue to 36.3% of the original flight revenue through the optimization of the flights at the airport,and enhance the efficiency of the transit flight of international airports simultaneously.This verifies the practicality of the models and the algorithms in improving the flight time table and raising the efficiency of the infrastructure equipment of the airport.
