基于MBD技术的试验机改装协同设计信息传递

摘要 传统的试验机改装信息传递模式“技术协调单+二维工程制图”描述抽象,数据源分散,协同设计效率低。基于MBD技术,提出一种新的协同设计信息传递模式“三维协调数模”。作为协同设计信息传递的ICD文件,“三维协调数模”描述准确、数据源单一,实现了信息要素的模块化封装。通过此方法进行了某试验机的试验系统改装协同设计研究,结果表明,基于MBD技术的“三维协调数模”信息传递模式,能够显著提高试验机改装协同设计的效率,并有利于改装技术的改进和发展。 The traditional information transfer mode on flight testing aircraft modification and installation is “Technology coordination document + 2D engineering drawing”,which has abstract description,scattered data source and poor collaborative design efficiency.A new mode of information transfer on collaborative design based on MBD technology,3D coordination model,is proposed,which has accurate description,single data source and achieves modular package of information.A study on collaborative design of a testing system installed on one flight testing aircraft is conducted and has shown that the “3D coordination model”,information transfer mode based on MBD technology,is able to increase efficiency remarkably of collaborative design on flight testing aircraft modification and installation.Also it can improve and develop modification and installation technology.
