汽车侧面碰撞帘式气囊仿真与优化

摘要 通过计算机仿真方法研究帘式安全气囊对驾驶员保护效果,建立帘式安全气囊实体模型,并通过静态起爆、动态冲击试验进行模型有效性验证,基于MADYMO软件建立侧面约束系统,进行仿真试验,得出头部峰值加速度曲线和头部伤害指数。并通过正交试验进行优化,确定约束系统参数。结果表明,在侧面碰撞中,优化后的约束系统参数对假人保护效果更好。为实际产品研发提供理论依据。 The protective effect of curtain airbag on the driver is studied by computer simulation method. The solid model of curtain airbag is established. The validity of the model is verified by static initiation and dynamic impact test. The side restraint system is established based on MADYMO software. The simulation test is carried out, and the peak acceleration curve and head injury index are obtained. The constrained system parameters are determined by orthogonal experiments. The results show that in side impact, the optimized parameters of restraint system have better effect on dummy protection, providing a theoretical basis for the research and development of actual products.
