轮胎企业常见设备问题探讨与工程实践

摘要 轮胎企业的生产设备,由于种类繁多,技术复杂,在设计、选型及使用中,存在许多问题及误区,例如真空技术在循环水泵房的应用、蒸汽热水系统管路弯头及膨胀节的合理选型,硫化凝结水排放与蒸汽节约等。本文针对这些常见问题进行探讨,并将已获得的解决问题方案予以公布,希望能对大家有所帮助。 Due to the wide variety and complicated technology, there are many problems and misunderstandings in the design, selection and use of the production equipment for tire enterprises. For example, the application of vacuum technology in circulating water pump rooms, the rational selection of steam hot water system pipe elbows and expansion joints, sulfurized condensate discharge and steam saving. This article explores these common issues and publishes the solutions to the problems that have been obtained, hoping to help everyone.
